Booking Information

All of our Apartments are non-smoking.

We have a no pets policy.

A refundable Security Deposit of €250 will be taken on arrival, this can be paid by cash, cheque or bank transfer.

Lost Keys are charged at €100 (as for security reasons we have to replace the locks)

All borrowed additional items are on a first come first served basis (but we’ll do our best to ensure you have everything you need!)

Résidence des Epinois is a traditional Savoyarde building. Some of our ceilings in the shared areas are low (below 1.8m) whilst adding to the character of the building, all are clearly marked for your safety. This does not apply to the interior of your accommodation that was fully renovated in late 2018.

Unfortunately the property is not wheelchair accessible and if you have mobility issues please let us know as some of the stairs can be difficult to negotiate.

Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Whilst we will endeavour to meet and show you into your Apartment on arrival, this may not always be possible. Where this is the case, we will send you a message with details of how to get your keys. At the first reasonable opportunity, we will come and introduce ourselves to you.

Check-in after 15:00 Check-out before 10:00

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome & there is no extra charge for children’s cots/cribs. The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.

Internet: WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Parking: Free public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible).
